No preparation on Sunday. This day is set aside for God.
Been to church where the priest jokingly said he would try not to forget to get
to the wedding :-)
We all laughed.
I met my lovely church friends and had a little catch-up
about the wedding. We also agreed to meet up tomorrow to see a friend of ours,
who went through a lot of trials during the past years and who is just about to
start a new life by the grace of God. These true-life stories always reassure
me about the goodness of the Almighty and his little angels. It is far too easy
to concentrate on the bed all the time. Bad news, bad decision, bad ideas. But
we do have good news, good decision and good ideas as well. But it all depends
on our ability to be able to recognise and see the goodness in hard situations.
Please pray for our friend, so others will see the goodness as well and be kind
and helpful in this new start. Thank you.
