Jacket is ready. Can’t take a picture until Saturday, but I
am so excited.
I had wonderful guests today. How easy to forget in a new life
situation the joy of hosting, cooking for friends and share a cup of coffee at
the dining table! Life has changed and with the beauty of marriage came new situations,
new people and ideas to get used to, that wasn’t planned. It is easy to forget
how to enjoy the things I loved so much when little thorns of everyday life pierces
the skin I so want to protect from the burning sun. No matter how hard we try,
we have to try even harder to get on with those we find it so hard to get on
with.
