Day 770 Confession of an Ex-Shopping Addict

What a joyful day!  An old dream coming true: kitchen door is fixed, no more gaps, no more chance for a possible falling out, so I am very happy. I packed some of the staff from the two A/4 sheets and more to come tomorrow. We changed the summer curtains for the winter ones and I soon realised it was a bad idea to get two sets, a waste of money, many unnecessary hours checking sales, styles and sizes and the hassle of bringing them home from England. But how many times we think an idea is close to perfect and desperately needs to be executed with the greatest attention to details. And then when finally all is done and we should only enjoy the fruits of it, we realise it does not work. That happened to my curtain project. And many other things I bought during my sale addiction: furniture, craft stuff, clothes, shoes and all sorts. But the good news is I find it very useful, that I used to buy clothes between sizes 10 and 14, so being pregnant only means to get the bigger stuff out of the wardrobe and of course to make some comfy baggy trousers, tops and so on :-) Let’s reap the rewards of wearing the title of all shopping addicts: ‘Miss Greedy Shopper’
