Sometimes the ideas created for the day just dig their feet
in, even in the hardest stone and don’t let us go. This happened not long ago.
Sometimes things break, a bike tyre goes flat, the door gets jammed, the pipe
starts to leak, the wood runs out and it gets a bit cold. A walk to Breda
Castle during the day on a winter day, seeing the walls plastered, the windows
painted and after a long walk back in the dark watching The King’s Speech. And
then everything was still, but crazed:
