Day 582-584 The Bells of Bird Hill

Yay! Sunday! Visited Bird Hill’s Catholic Church and listened to 40 kids ringing the bells during the whole service. They were running around with their little bells, like it was a treasure from heaven and smiled at everyone with great satisfaction. I tried my best to follow the songs, but could not find my way in the labyrinths of numbers and finally gave up searching, closed the song book and just listened. The talk was short, but straight to the point: God’s grace is eternal. It was really refreshing after my last attempt to go to church at Budapest Hillsong, where I fall asleep in the beautiful, but ‘concert dark&smoky’ long service in Buda Palace. That is a great church, too, but for me at the moment the little smiley faces and the ringing bells are the winners.
By the way, I bought linen for the first batch of Amanda’s Garden and experimented with different colours of embroidery: cream and blue.
